​Eric first worked in the real estate industry as a Realtor in his early 20's... His intention was to become wealthy by facilitating the purchase and sale of other people's properties... He quickly realized that he'd made a serious error and went back to working in the fitness world!
Eric continued to study real estate and found that he could offer fantastic land parcels in Arkansas at a fraction of the market values determined by the local tax assessors...
and thus Lamadison Management Corporation was born in May 2007!
